Chirag is the founder and CMO of Ruokamill, built on his vow: “I will never offer anything I wouldn’t consume myself.” A personal health journey led him from an unaware teen to a fitness and nutrition enthusiast. While living in Mumbai and Delhi, he saw the gaps in everyday nutrition and used his business education to create food that’s both healthy and enjoyable. His empathetic, people-first leadership drives Ruokamill’s culture and mission to be a truly honest, human-centered brand.

Cheif Executive Officer
Anurag brings 30+ years of experience in food and nutrition to Ruokamill, with deep expertise in sales, marketing, and product development. His skill in flavour innovation ensures products that are both healthy and enjoyable.
Leaving behind a high-profile corporate role, he joined his son Chirag to build a brand grounded in honest, everyday nutrition. He helped shape the brand’s name, Ruokamill, combining “ruoka” (Finnish for food) with “mill,” symbolizing a place of purposeful, transparent food creation.
As CEO, Anurag brings structure, long-term vision, and people-first leadership, ensuring every decision reflects integrity and care. For him, Ruokamill is more than a brand, it’s a mission.
